Damon J. Small
Director of Information Technology (IT) Security

Damon Small joined Zebec Data Systems, Inc. in 2007. As the Director of IT Security, he is responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies and procedures that protect both Zebec’s and its customers’ information assets. He also manages Computer Security Incident Response (CSIRT) teams, and coordinates internal and external vulnerability assessments.

Beginning in 1995, his varied professional experience includes systems administration and security architecture. Damon has spent most of his career supporting healthcare providers but has also worked for technology companies and as a Department of Defense contractor.

Damon earned a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University in 2005. He also holds several professional certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from ISC2.
