What Zebec will not do is attempt to sell you false promises where we “guarantee” something that is simply impossible. Any managed services or hosting company that guarantees you 100% uptime is selling you something they cannot deliver since they do not control everything between your offices and their facilities. In our opinion, this is not how a
company treats their partners. This is not what Zebec is about.

Simply put, Zebec is about your business. Our philosophy is centered on honesty and integrity. We believe in publishing real life service level agreements, being proactive with communications regarding scheduled maintenance events, and working to ensure we do not negatively impact your business. Through our secure customer portal, we will provide you with an easy to understand health-check on your systems, allowing you to see how your computer systems are performing. Also included in our secure customer portal is a self-service center where you have the ability to submit your own service requests directly to our Network Operations Center (NOC) and check on our progress with a simple click of a mouse. Zebec and customer service, to us they are synonymous!

As part of our proactive communications, we have included examples of our service level agreements and operational policies. Once a Zebec customer, your specific metrics will also be accessible through your secure customer portal for easy access.
